IMPORTANT: THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY APPLIES EXCLUSIVELY
TO PUZZLEDESK SERIES BX PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY CARELLI
INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION.
General information
All Carelli branded products are shipped with a product-specific
warranty and therefore take precedence over the limited
warranty policy set forth herein. Refer to the warranty
information and other supporting documentation that
came with your product. To receive information concerning
the warranty in effect for a particular product, including
its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase,
call 1-800-464-2800 (select 1121 for Customer Service)
between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific Standard
Time Monday through Friday.
Product Warranty for Puzzledesk series BX products
10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
In an effort to provide our customers with the highest
level of product satisfaction, each Puzzledesk component
has been thoroughly inspected to assure its quality
and dependability. Puzzledesk series BX products are
warranted to the original purchaser-owner against defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10)
years from date of purchase. This warranty does not
apply to any product finish since its condition will
diminish through normal use. Certificate of authenticity
and/or proof of purchase may be requested should warranty
service be required.
Within the warranty period, a defective component will
be repaired or replaced at our option and expense, provided
that product failure or damage is not a result from
any of the following conditions: (1) damage caused by
accident, unreasonable use or neglect; (2) damage occurring
during shipment (such claims must be presented to
the carrier); (3) failure to use and/or assemble
the product within the guidelines as outlined in the
product specifications and/or assembly instructions;
(4) where a serial number has been effaced, modified,
or removed. All shipping related charges are to be prepaid
by the purchaser-owner. If the necessary repairs are
not covered under warranty, or if the component(s) is
deemed not in need of repair, all applicable charges
for examination and shipping related costs will be charged
to the purchaser-owner. This warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties, expressed or implied, including
warranties of fitness for a particular application.
Carelli International Corporation assumes no warranty
liability in connection with any product other than
as specified herein and shall in no event be liable
for incidental, consequential or commercial loss or
damages of any kind.
Non-Carelli-branded products and accessories
Non-Carelli-branded/Third-party products are sold "AS
IS," but may be accompanied by their manufacturers'
standard warranties. "AS IS" products are
sold as is, where is, and with all faults, and without
express or implied warranties from the Carelli Design
Store or Carelli International Corporation. If you have
questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany
such products, please contact the Third-party manufacturer
directly.
Products sold through the Carelli Design Store website
which does not bear the Carelli brand name are serviced
and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in
accordance with the terms and conditions packaged with
the product(s). Please contact the manufacturer directly
for technical support for such products.
