apply exclusively to our Business-to-Business Members,
Press Members and Partner Members intending to access
or use a restricted Website (“Site”). They
do not apply to any other unrestricted areas (public
areas) or Sites provided by Carelli International Corporation.
Carelli International restricted Sites and restricted
areas contain confidential content. By using the password
to access a restricted Site, you indicate your acceptance
of the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you
are not sure about your legal obligations, do not access
or use any restricted Site provided by Carelli International.
NOTICE SPECIFIC TO DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE ON RESTRICTED

For Partner Members, terms and conditions governing
access to and use of the restricted Partner Members
Website and related Web pages ("Site") are
described in the Partner
Registration and License Agreement (“Registration
Agreement"). Registration Agreements apply to the
Partner Members Website only.
Authorized users of a restricted Site may view, download,
and use documents available from the Site in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth in the “Terms
of Use” applicable to the corresponding Site,
provided that (a) the copyright notice legend stated
below and other proprietary notices appear in all copies,
and both the copyright notice legend and this permission
notice appear, (b) use of documents available from the
Site is solely for informational purposes, and (c) documents
available from the Site are not modified in any way.
Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by
law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Documents specified above do not include the design
or layout of the Site or any other Website owned, operated,
licensed, or controlled by Carelli International Corporation.
Elements of Carelli International Websites are protected
by trade dress and other laws, and may not be copied

a restricted Site ("Software") is the copyrighted
work of Carelli International Corporation, and/or their
suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms
of the Software license agreement, if any, which accompanies
or is included with the Software ("Software License
Agreement"). You will be unable to download any
Software that is accompanied by or includes a Software
License Agreement unless you first agree to the Software
License Agreement terms.
Software is made available for downloading solely for
use according to the Software License Agreement. Any
reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in
accordance with the Software License Agreement is expressly
prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and
criminal penalties.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, UNLESS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED
IN A REGISTRATION AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE
AGREEMENT, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO
ANY SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION
