EuroSystem Commercial RO Purification
Developed by Team MINA—Introduced July 2003
EuroSystem ES Series Commercial RO For Business

EuroSystem commercial reverse osmosis purification remains in a league of its own. Our ES Series systems are powerful, compact and fully automatic—requiring no interaction whatsoever from the end-user. All models are easily expandable—you can start small and later increase the production capacity if the demand for more pure water becomes a factor in the future.

EuroSystem ES TFC2 Release-4 Technology

There was a time when those who wanted to benefit from the use of Reverse Osmosis (“RO”) technology had to take a quick course in physics to understand their system’s operation. We changed all that back in 1992. In fact, the introduction of the first EuroSystem products using proprietary technology caused industry heavyweights to go back and reexamine their engineering benchmarks for effective RO purification. Although the product line has indeed received refinements since that of the first generation units, one thing still remains certain today; EuroSystem has indisputably held its position as the benchmark in the industry for unmatched superiority in performance and ease-of-use. Our latest EuroSystem Technology “ES TFC2 Release-4” remains unparalleled—typically delivering twice the performance in half the space of its counterparts.

Reverse osmosis performance can only be as good as the membrane technology it employs. A membrane’s superiority or inferiority will directly affect a system’s rejection rate against challenge contaminates (separation effectiveness or quality) as well as its product production rate (capacity or yield). That’s why we invented early TFC2 technology back in 1986. Our ES TFC2™ membrane is made of a proprietary Thin-Film C2 composite that offers greater structural stability and increased chemical tolerance; it operates more effectively at lower pressures and delivers a higher quality yield faster than its counterparts, even when challenged in highly contaminated brackish water environments. It is precisely such problematic areas where EuroSystem Technology remains at the helm today, benefiting companies worldwide. ES Series system performance specifications remain far above industry standards, in most cases double that of standard run-of-the-mill RO. The ability to operate effectively in higher contaminated environments is a demonstration of its superiority over others in its category.

Why Reverse Osmosis?

Reverse Osmosis (“RO”) is a membrane separation technology capable of removing a broad range of contaminants: sodium, nitrates, toxic metals, arsenic, lead, mercury, aluminum, pesticides, herbicides, trihalomethanes, bacteria, radioactive substances and much more. RO purification and simple water filtration are not the same. Basic filters are only able to trap and store a few basic impurities at best, whereas RO purification is able to produce high-purity water low in Total Dissolved Solids (‘TDS”) even in adverse environments. Simply no other technology can remove the broad spectrum of contaminants and deliver the overall water purity and taste of a RO system. Today, reverse osmosis separation technology is so effective some major bottle water brands use the method for processing the bottle water they deliver at a premium cost.

Facts About Drinking Water

Why EuroSystem Purification is Used by Some of the Biggest Names

Straightforward Interface. Systems are fully automatic—eliminating all the unnecessary knobs, buttons, gadgets or interaction required from the end-user. Features glycerin filled gauges for consistent accurate readings with shock and pulsation protection.

Expandable Ready. By use of expandable 760 Membrane Kits, production can be increased in a snap; just clip-on a module and you’ve increased the production capacity of your system. This extraordinary feature means the system can grow as your needs grow for more pure water in the future.

Membrane ES TFC2™ (Release-4). Made of an exclusive Thin-Film C2 aromatic polyamide composite ND, offers higher rejection, greater structural stability and operates more effectively at lower pressures. EuroSystem ES TFC2 Release-4 Technology remains unparalleled—typically delivering twice the performance in half the space of its counterparts.

Auto Cleaning Cycle. Self-cleans automatically by a special flow design that actually scrubs the surface of the membrane; enables longer membrane life, higher levels of recovery and unparalleled levels of rejection.

Standby Operation. ES Series systems offer precise reservoir level detection; the system will operate any time a low reservoir level is detected and interfaces with any type of pressurized (hydro pneumatic) or static (atmospheric) storage reservoir.

Low Pressure Protection. Low pressure sensor protects the pump and overall system components from low pressure, cavitations and overheating.

Bypass Protection. Protects the system and storage reservoir from over-pressure damage. If over-pressure is detected, a bypass valve will divert the overload back to the low pressure feed circuit. An essential feature overlooked on most systems.

Thermal Protection. A thermal sensing device with automatic reset for overall system protection from excessive ambient temperatures.

High-pressure HB Pump. Developed specifically for the ES Series commercial system; made of special materials highly resistant to corrosion; powerful, quiet and reliable, coupled with a continuous duty motor.

Pressure Connectors. Made of extruded solid brass series CA-300 with sleeves made of Acetal Copolymer Celcon capable of operating under continuous high pressures.

Special Materials. US-FDA compliant and/or US-NSF listed. All wetted parts are made with materials approved for use with water intended for human consumption. Even the outer chassis is stainless steel and a standard feature on all ES Series models; essential for installations in problematical environments.

1. Based on 250 mg/liter Total Dissolved Solids (“TDS”) or NaCI at 25 degrees C (77 degrees F), feed pressure 2.5 Kg/cm2 (36.PSI). Performance of the reverse osmosis membrane element is affected by net driving pressure, feed water temperature, TDS and local water chemistry. These factors must be taken into account when comparing or evaluating the performance of a membrane element or reverse osmosis system. For production capacity in gallons divide by 3.785.

2. System model 1.5 is available for environments where the TDS does not exceed 1000 mg/liter.

3. System recovery is factory pre-set; adjustments remain possible on all models. Actual recovery performance is influenced by feed water temperature, TDS and local water chemistry.

4. Recommended for maximum life of the membrane. Pre-treatment filtration is required upstream prior to the processor by using a FilterPac(s) with the appropriate cartridges. If the source is a private well, a complete water analysis should be evaluated to determine proper pre-treatment.

5. For installations where feed water flow and/or feed water pressure is insufficient, a pump (booster) with separate reservoir is recommended upstream prior to the system.

6. TFC2 and ES TFC2 membrane is a registered trademark of EuroSystem Systems & Technology, a subsidiary of Carelli International Corporation USA.

7. The installation and operation of our ES Series commercial systems is surprisingly quick and easy. Systems are completely assembled, factory tested, and ready to operate. Systems include an easy to understand installation/operation manual.

The Story Behind EuroSystem Technology

EuroSystem Systems & Technology, a subsidiary of Carelli International, is exclusively devoted to the design, manufacture and distribution of ultra high-end commercial reverse osmosis purification for the medical, pharmaceutical and food service industry. EuroSystem reverse osmosis technology is benefiting companies such as Coca-Cola, Disney, Starbucks, and the Southern California Gas Company. EuroSystem engineers began early experiments in separation technology in 1986. Today, that technology is referred to as reverse osmosis, or RO, and employed worldwide. Early EuroSystem products utilizing proprietary technology established new benchmarks with performance specifications far above industry standards. The latest EuroSystem Technology “ES TFC2 Release-4” remains unparalleled—typically delivering twice the performance in half the space of its counterparts. More about EuroSystem
